  2. Catholics... Ugh! Tolerated insanity? Perhaps the religious are missing an essential piece of brain tissue the rest of us use for rational, logical thinking.

Seriously, there is absolutely ZERO evidence of any gods. Have you ever seen a god? If you ever do, and mention it, you qualify for a free jacket with many nice straps! Even knowing this, they continue...

    Whew!

  4. But it's the POPE! It's all for the greater glory of god. Obviously, being the omniscient, omnipotent creator of the universe isn't enough.

  5. I know that I am going to get all sorts of ugly comments from this. I don't care! If you've got the stones to say something to me, I will read it. I might delete it right away, but I will read it.

The Pope is not this old man sitting on a throne dispensing justice. As far as vestments are concerned, all of the clergy of Orthodox and Catholic Churches wear proper vestments, as they are representing Christ Jesus at the altar.

If you went to a fancy restaurant with matre'd, and the silver wear was sterling, the linen was fine linen, and the crystal was the finest kind, what would you think if the waiter brought your meal out in cardboard boxes? You would be disappointed, to say the least. The priests, bishops, deacons, and the pope are participating in public worship.

If you don't believe in God, then you need to ask Him for faith, which He will give to you!
